Celtic Mowers - We are up to the Challenge - Why Not Put Us To The Test !
We have been supplying the domestic & commercial markets for well over 45 years now and we love the unique challenges that each day brings.
At the start of November 2015 we took a phone call form one of our loyal, valued customers who had just won a new contract to look after the grass and landscaping of a large call centre on the outskirts of Bristol.
After establishing what our customer needed in terms of eqiupment etc. we had a lead time of 1 week to source & deliver the equipment to site.
The following Wednesday (which was also the start date of the contract) Dave our driver left for Bristol with all the machinery loaded on the lorry. The machines that were not in stock were sourced, all machines had undergone their full pre delivery inspection and they were on their way !
Dave delivered,installed & instructed on the machines and was back in the office by lunchtime ! The customer was delighted with this turnaround and the contract started without a hitch.
We pride ourselves on carrying the largest range of machinery in South Wales, enabling us to provide this superb turn-around service.
We have spoken to the customer since delivery & they have thanked us for identifying the correct machines and fulfilling the supply in what was a very tight turn-around.
Was it a challenge to us - No it's just another normal day at the office !
