Here are the answers to questions that our customers ask us on a daily basis.

Q.  My machine needs servicing / repairing however I'm not sure if it's worth doing ?

A.  We operate an estimation service to protect customers from large or unexpected bills.  You will pay £20.00 on booking the machine in.  We will then undertake an estimate for the work done and report back to you.  If you go ahead with the work the £20.00 that you have paid gets taken off the final bill.  If you choose not to proceed with the work then the £20.00 covers the time the machine has been in the workshop OR if you choose to purchase a new machine from us then the £20.00 gets deducted from the purchase price.

Q.  What if my machine needs extra work over and above the standard service ?

A.  We will contact you where we deem necessary before any additional work is undertaken.

Q.  I can't get my machine in the car to bring to you ?

A.  Not a problem - We operate a collection & delivery service for our customers.  David Evans our Transport & Logistic Manager covers specific areas of South Wales on a daily basis - call us today to see when we are in your area next.

Q.  How do I pay if my machine has been collected & delivered back ?

A.  You can either pay our driver cash or cheque on delivery, credit or debit card over the phone or bank trasnfer - it's up to you.  

Q.  I can get help putting the machine into the car at my home but how can I get it out the other side at your premises ?

A.  Not an issue - As soon as you arrive just park up and come into the office.  We will then send someone out to assist you.

Q.  What makes of machines do you service ? 

A.  As main agents for the leading brands in the business we can service a vast range of makes & models.  I suppose it's easier to ask what can't we service - the answer is very little at all !  Why not give us a call or drop us an email to find out how we can help.

Q.  It's the time of year when my machine needs servicing, however I am thinking of changing it - what can I do ?

A.  A very common question indeed.  We can fully appraise your machine and let you have our thoughts on servicing, part exchanging or for us to simly resell your machine when you purchase a new one.  The part exchange facility that we offer is of great value to our customers and is by far & away the easiest way of upgrading your machine.  There are a few ways we can appraise your machine -1. Send us some pictures via email, don't forget to include a few comments as to condition & it's operation / faults etc.  2. Bring the machine into us.  3. Let us come and collect the machine.  It's up to you.

Q.  Do you sharpen chainsaw chains ? Do you fix re-coils ? Do you sharpen cylinder machines ? Do you sharpen lawn mowers blades ? Do you sharpen garden hand tools ?

A.  Yes we do. 

Q.  How much does it cost ?

A.  That all depends on what you want done.  Our service and repair service is vast, so for an idea of cost just give us a call or drop us an email.

Q.  How long will the repair / service take ?

A.  We aim to have a turn-around of less than a week.  However during the height of the season this could be longer.  We recommend that you get any work done during the months of October & January, ordinarily when you don't need the machine.  Also we offer a winter service discount for this period so you will save £££'s too.
